- We identify potential entrepreneurial activities in the UK or you shall provide us with your plans to do business in the UK
- Our in house lawyers shall meet with you and your family to discuss your immigration needs and discuss any particular requests on your part
- To help you pass the ‘genuine entrepreneur’ test of the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), we can help provide you with:
- A professional business plan for your proposed investment
- Market research on potential investments, based on your experience and preferences
- Market research on potential acquisitions
- Our support will help ensure that your application for your initial three-year visa is successful
- Our next task is to help you meet the requirements of the visa. This will include providing advice and support to help you start a new business, or invest in an existing UK business
- During the three years of your initial visa, we will help you collect and prepare the complex set of documentary evidence you will need to ensure a smooth transition to the two-year extension visa. Our work at this vital stage will include:

- addressing any issues as they arise, to ensure that the process of obtaining your two-year extension visa – and subsequently your Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK – runs smoothly
