- The first stage is to arrange an informal meeting with the GB Invest where we can discuss your requirements and answer any questions. This initial consultation is free of charge
- Together, we will agree the specific services you require and provide you with a clear process and fixed price quotation. Our fees start at £2,000 and are based on fixed fees for work carried out, charged on a ‘pay as you go’ basis, plus fees based on success
- We identify potential investment options available to you and take instructions on where you would be happy to invest your funds
- Our in house lawyers shall meet with you and your family to discuss your immigration needs and discuss any particular requests on your part
- To ensure to meet the due diligence requirement of the Tier 1 Investor visa, we shall work with you to either introduce you to our contacts in the wealth management or banking sector, with whom you may wish to invest your funds with. Alternatively, should you have your own financial team or preferred providers, we would make contact with them to ensure a smooth transition of your visa application
- Our support will help ensure that your application for your initial three-year visa is successful
- Our next task is to ensure that your chosen and permitted investments of £2million are made within the required 90 days of your entry to the UK.
- During the three years of your initial visa, we will help you collect and prepare the complex set of documentary evidence you will need to ensure a smooth transition to the two-year extension visa. Our work at this vital stage will include:
- tracking all the documentation for you and making sure your investment complies with UKVI regulations
- addressing any issues as they arise, to ensure that the process of obtaining your two-year extension visa – and subsequently your Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK – runs smoothly.
